Chris Dundon is a British national who arrived in Hong Kong in 1990. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LLB), Hong Kong University (PCLL), Nankai University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Chinese Language Studies Program). Chris is a Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.

Chris is a HKSAR-qualified solicitor and is also licensed to practice law in the UK and European Union-member countries. Chris is also appointed as a civil celebrant of marriages.

 

Agnes Wong

Agnes Wong was granted a scholarship by Hang Seng Bank to read Jurisprudence at Oxford University. After graduation, she joined Stephenson Harwood and Lo (“SHL”) in Hong Kong as a trainee and was sent to its London headquarters to receive training at its renowned Intellectual Property (“IP”) Department. That marks the beginning of her specialisation in IP work. After leaving SHL, she has worked for Linklaters in Hong Kong and Mayer Brown JSM (formerly known as Johnson Stokes & Master) before setting up her own firm in 2004. Agnes is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) which is a non-profit association dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property in national and international commerce. She was also appointed as a civil celebrant of marriages in 2008.

 

ANGELA SHIU

Angela obtained her LLB in the University of London in 2003 and then spent some years in the U.S. before she returned to Hong Kong and obtained her PCLL from the University of Hong Kong in 2007. She joined DUNDONS in 2007 where she completed her traineeship and started her law practice with the firm in 2009. Angela handles commercial litigation, matrimonial matters, Wills drafting and is also involved in non-contentious commercial practice.

Angela is also appointed as a civil celebrant of marriages.

 

KEVIN NIE

Kevin Nie holds over 30 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer in Hong Kong after having completed his academic qualifications and legal training in Canada and the UK. Prior to joining DUNDONS as a consultant, Kevin was formerly a partner of Oldham, Li & Nie, the sole proprietor of Nie & Company and a consultant with Jesse H.Y. Kwok & Co.

Kevin has extensive experience in Litigation, Commercial and Corporate, Copyright and Trade Marks, Probate and Family Law practice areas.

 

JUNE CHEAH

June Cheah is a British national who arrived in Hong Kong in 1993. She is a graduate of Anglia Ruskin University (LLB) and the College of Law at Guildford (Law Society of England and Wales Solicitors’ Final Examination). June is an HKSAR-qualified solicitor and a native English and Cantonese speaker.

June practices commercial, corporate and employment law and conducts many successful investment and employment visa applications. As a founder of business operations in the HKSAR, June is very aware of clients’ commercial and budgetary requirements. Her clients include many start-ups that are now well-established businesses.

 

TALENT CHEN

Talent Chen is a graduate of UBC (BASc), Stanford University (MSc), HKU (MSc) and CUHK (JD & PCLL). He is a Chartered Civil Engineer as well as an HKSAR-qualified solicitor. Talent speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. His practice areas include civil and criminal litigations, construction dispute, company and commercial law.
